Fleet Readiness is becoming increasingly difficult to sustain because of the lacking responsiveness of the defense industrial base to provide repair parts in a timely manner, and because of the pacing threat location and capability that will contest friendly repair part distribution/resupply activities while operating in the contested domain. Repair part lead times from the industrial base are frequently above six months, and fleet activities operating at contested locations can incur substantial additive lead time expansion due to contested distribution and resupply operations.
The objective for this project is to provide expeditionary AdvM capabilities for a proof-of-concept project as part of educational and applied research events. These capabilities must be wire DED based with subtractive capability. Furthermore, the capability must be transportable in a 10ft ISO Container, with optional expansion once deployed.
